We cannot process exchanges or returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective CD, please reach out via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We can send you a replacement or a full refund.

Before contacting us, please try the CD in multiple players, as some CD players—especially older models—might have trouble reading certain discs. If the CD still doesn’t work after trying different players, send us a picture and description of the issue, and we’ll assist with the insurance claim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
